Tacoma Drayage Trucking is a family-owned freight carrier that has been moving cargo throughout the Pacific Northwest for over 25 years. What started as a small drayage operation out of the Port of Tacoma & Seattle has grown into a full-service freight company handling port container drayage, dry van trucking, refrigerated reefer moves, LTL box truck delivery, and cold storage freight across Washington State and into Oregon and Idaho.

Our Story
Tacoma Drayage Trucking was founded in 1999 by a family with deep roots in Pacific Northwest freight. The founders started with a single truck and a simple idea — be the carrier that actually shows up, communicates clearly, and gets the job done without excuses.
Over the past 25 years, that reputation has built itself. Shippers who called us once kept calling. Freight brokers who tested us once kept booking. The business grew because the work was done right — not because of slick marketing or big promises.
Today Tacoma Drayage Trucking operates across all of Washington State with regular lanes to Astoria, Oregon and Boise, Idaho. We run drayage at the Port of Tacoma and Port of Seattle daily, operate multiple box trucks for LTL delivery throughout the Puget Sound corridor, and work closely with cold storage and dry storage facilities in Fife and Kent.
